Who We Are
We are an intergenerational group of men and women who believe in the power of the Gospel to transform lives. We invite you into a connected community where you can be encouraged and supported as you walk with Jesus, as we missionally engage our community and the world together. We are a family, and we want YOU to be part of it.
Worship Times at Otterbein UB Church
Worship: Sundays, 8:30 and 10:45 am
Sunday School: Sundays, 9:50-10:35 am
Mid-week Groups: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 pm
Our largest weekly group gatherings are our Sunday morning worship services. We have two identical services each Sunday morning at 8:30am and 10:45am.
Sunday school classes for all ages take place between these services, from 9:50-10:35am.
We also offer a variety of midweek groups for the whole family on Wednesday evenings, beginning at 6:30pm.
What To Expect
Our worship services are a blend of traditional and contemporary. We sing together, and you’ll hear some old hymns and some modern worship songs. We pray together. We engage our heads and hearts while listening to a sermon.
While many parts of our worship together are traditional in style, our atmosphere is very people-centric. You can expect to see the congregation talking with one another before and after the service. And you can expect to hear a few jokes.
Kids
Kids are the littlest disciples in our midst and a treasured part of our church family! Kids ages 2 through grade 6 can engage their faith and God’s word through stories and fun in our Sunday and midweek children’s classes.
Students
Rooted Together Youth Ministries is a place where you can belong and be transformed. Students from grade 7 through grade 12 are invited to join us as we ask hard questions and learn to apply faith to life.
Adults
At Otterbein, we believe we never stop growing and learning, and that we need companions for the journey. Explore our opportunities for formation and fellowship that fit for your age and stage of life.
